Product

Travitude is an all-in-one software platform designed from the ground up to meet the needs of small to medium travel agencies.

It includes a booking engine, a powerful and easy to use customer-facing agency website, bookings management, supplier management and many other features.

If you’re a small to medium travel agency, sell online and have multiple suppliers, then Travitude is probably for you.

You need your own domain name and access to it’s DNS records so you can use Travitude with your own brand.

Optionally, it would help to have a more technical frontend/design person if you want to make advanced changes to the default design we offer.

We handle everything else, including cloud hosting as well as product and supplier updates.

We offer feature-rich search and booking engines for hotels, flights, transfers and activities.

With dynamic packaging you can also combine any of these products into a single package.

We offer you one supplier already integrated into the package providing flights, accommodations, transfers and activities. For any additional supplier you want to activate, there is a setup fee and a monthly fee. Please access the Suppliers list to see the full list of available providers.

We constantly add suppliers in our platform.

If you have a supplier you are working with and want it implemented, please contact us and we’ll let you know when it is live, according to our roadmap.

When a supplier is requested by more customers, it will always have priority for implementation.

Do you need a special supplier?

We can integrate other suppliers that are not in our list, only if they provide us with technical documentation. After analyzing the documentation we give you a time and price quote for the implementation. This depends on the difficulty of the development.

If you want more suppliers that are not in the list, we can activate one every 30 days.

Payment policies: one time fee paid 50% before starting the development and 50% at the delivery (after we get the certification from the supplier) and a monthly fee of $20/supplier.

The suppliers require you to set up a commercial agreement, so they can issue your API credentials, needed for Travitude.

Please bare in mind that almost always, API credentials needed for Travitude, are different than the B2B credentials you use to login to the suppliers B2B platform.

Commercial

Travitude doesn’t have a minimum contract term and you can cancel anytime, with no obligations.

You can pay the setup fee and the monthly fee with online credit/debit card.

The 7 day trial version is the Basic plan and has some restrictions:

  • limited active suppliers (you cannot activate new suppliers)
  • you will have a temporary website address (e.g. yourdomain.site.travitude.co.uk)
  • limited support, only access to online documentation (video and text)

You can cancel your subscription anytime. Your service will continue uninterrupted until the billing cycle ends.

For example, if you chose a monthly service starting March 1st and cancel on the 20th of March, your service will continue uninterrupted until April 1st. The service will not renew after April 1st.

Our support Heroes offer premium help to all our customers, by email, phone and support tickets (the number of active support tickets depends on the chosen Plan).

We offer a multi-tenant service. This means that the product is used concurrently by a number of subscribers. If a single customer places very high demands on the service or on the support resources, then it is possible that this will affect the experience for other users.

You must use the service considerately so that the overall usage levels during peak hours don't disproportionately affect the shared network, service capacity or support resources

Fair Usage of the service is defined in terms of:

  • Number of searches generated through APIs: 15,000 / month
  • Number of active users (agents): 20
  • Used storage space: 10 GB (approx. 100.000 web optimized pictures)
  • Volume of support requests (any channel): depending on the Plan

For higher traffic volume we offer dedicated hosting solutions.
