How do I participate
1. You register for the webinar
To register for the webinar please use the following link https://www.travitude.co.uk/webinars/ and select from the list the webinar in which you want to participate.
After clicking "Sign up", pick a day for the type of webinar you want and fill in the fields in the contact form. In the "Organization" field please fill in your travel agency name.
In the next page after registering you can add the date to a calendar (Google/Outlook/Yahoo) so you do not forget it.
Also in this page, after the registration, in the "To Join the Webinar" section you will find your like to participate in the training:

2. Visit the webinar page (and download Zoom if you do not already have it installed).
After you've signed up in the above step, visit the webinar link (you also have it in the email).
You will need an internet connection, a pair of headphones (microphone is optional) and the Zoom application which is a easy to use software for webinars.
Here, based on if you have Zoom installed or not you have 2 options:
If you do not have Zoom installed
After you visit the webinar page (from the email you got after registering), on the screen below click on "download & run Zoom":
Click on download to install Zoom:
Wait for zoom to be installed (10-30 seconds). After finishing you will see the Zoom window which will tell you the hour at which the webinar will start:
All done! You are in the webinar (which will start at the aforementioned hour).
If you have Zoom installed
After visiting the webinar page (from the email you received after signing up) a pop-up will appear in your browser with the text "Open Zoom Meetings". You must click this "Open Zoom Meetings" button.
